What We Offer
Advising
We provide personalized academic advising, through one-on-one meetings, covering career exploration, college planning and the application process, All Course Network (ACN) and PrepareRI navigation, accessing community resources, job searches, internship development, and more.
Tutoring
We offer academic tutoring across various subjects and support students in connecting with other tutors in the community for further guidance. Additionaly, we help students to develop rigorous, enriching independent projects that are connected to their interests.
Workshops
We organize, coordinate, and facilitate a diverse range of workshops covering an array of topics, from history to health, culinary to current events, literature to language, anatomy to arts, financial literacy to photography, and more. Some will be standalone sessions, while others will span a short series or a full semester.
Enrichment
We organize field trips that are fun, engaging, and enriching, offering learners a wide range of experiences such as hiking, visiting museums, touring colleges, and more.
Who We Are
Hope State Learning Collaborative is led by a team of two professional educators with over 30 years of combined experience in the field of education. Both have worked in a variety of roles, in high school and post-secondary settings, guiding and supporting students in successfully reaching their goals.
